RETURN POLICY
We want our customers to have only the best experience with our products, so we take all quality control issues very seriously.
That being said, since our product is consumable, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- The product is in some way defective (presence of mould, fungus or another foreign contaminant).
- There has been a supplier recall of the product.
- You have mistakenly received the wrong product and the product is unopened in original packaging (no signs of tampering).
In order to return your product, the following criteria must be met:
- The original receipt is provided.
- The product is returned within 15 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange, products returned by a consumer must contain a minimum of 50% of the cannabis contents, provided they meet the other criteria outlined in our return policy.

Can I exchange my product for a different one?
Yes, if
- the product is defective (presence of mould, fungus or another foreign contaminant) and the original receipt is provided and within 15 days of purchase.
if you received the wrong product and the product is unopened in original packaging (without signs of tampering) and the original receipt is provided within 15 days of purchase.
No, if
- you just didn't like the product.
Can I get my payment refunded?
- No, all sales are final. Exchanges are only permitted if the product is defective.
